What is DSS ?

DSS is a Python package build on the top of AgroService to facilitate usage of IPM DSS H2020 IPM-Decision Project within python, and transform DSS outputs in a native and efficient Python data structure (pandas.DataFrame) to facilitate its usage in Python and OpenAlea.

Installation

  • Installation with Miniconda (Windows, linux, OSX)

    • 2. Create dss virtual environment and activate it
